This selection includes all varieties that are harvested here during the nectar flow. First, the fruit blossom honey, which impresses with its wonderful sweetness and floral aroma, then the classic white and creamy rapeseed honey, followed by acacia honey, which is always very mild and finely creamy here, and finally the robust, slightly grainy linden blossom honey.
