1. Booking & Reservation
All stays must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly. Reservations are confirmed after payment of a deposit or the full amount.

2. Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Cars are not allowed on the car-free tent meadow; please use the designated parking areas.

3. Payment & Cancellation
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or on site. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or fully.

4. Liability & Conduct
Guests stay at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents, loss, or theft. Guests must respect other visitors and follow the campsite rules.

5. Dogs & Pets
Dogs are allowed on a leash. Owners must clean up after their pets. Dogs are not allowed in guest rooms or holiday apartments.

6. Sanitary Facilities & Environment
Sanitary facilities (toilets, showers, washbasins) must be used responsibly. Please separate waste and help protect the environment.

7. Prohibited Items & Activities
Fires are only allowed in designated areas when the current forest fire level permits. Barbecues and campfires must follow safety rules. Hammocks are not allowed on trees.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data provided for booking or inquiries is used only for processing the reservation. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Changes & Updates
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests are responsible for checking the current version before arrival.

Alle Aufenthalte müssen im Voraus über unsere Website oder durch direkte Kontaktaufnahme gebucht werden. Reservierungen sind nach Zahlung einer Anzahlung oder des Gesamtbetrags bestätigt.

2. Anreise & Abreise

Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr, Check-out bis 11:00 Uhr, sofern nicht anders vereinbart. Autos sind auf der autofreien Zeltwiese nicht erlaubt; bitte benutzen Sie die ausgewiesenen Parkplätze.
